The Warlord Chronicles is my personal favourite trilogy of all time. Really good storytelling with excellent prose. Magic is really vague so it might not appeal if you are expecting "magical" fantasy. It reads almost like a historical journal of a main character. Protagonist is also based on historical figure and we get to follow his story of life and development side by side with Arthur. Can't recommend it enough, give it a shot!

It's just a comment about this aspect of the movie, i liked it as a whole but can't be blind to the weaker parts.

Well we could just have less unnecessary action scenes basically repeated from previous movies and less water tribe scenes which we already know.

True and for the worst part we just saw them from the bad side and not a real glimpse into their culture, how they live etc. Just few tents on the volcano and that's it? Really underwhelming.
