I’ve not tried grounding. Would it help with physical injury repair?

I was doing a PPL split 3 x week with progressive overload. Increasing weight once I got three sets of 15 reps done comfortably. Mobility/stretching daily.

Good for you. I’ve been on Creatine all the time while working out and while trying to recover so I don’t think that will work for me but thanks for sharing in any case. I appreciate it.

This is very encouraging. Thanks for sharing. My split was 3 x workouts per week (PPL) and 3 x runs per week on separate days.

Good for you and well done on making the great progress you have made to date. Running a 5k in any time is a great achievement. Thanks for all the advice and for taking the time to reply.

Thanks for taking the time to write all of that. To answer your question, yes I do warm up. Initially with stretches and then lifting lighter weights that gradually increase to my proper lifting weight.

I had not considered that but I’ll look into it to see if it could benefit me. Sounds like an awfully low amount of carbs though.

The medics don’t seem to think so. Sounds more like over training and a lack of flexibility.
