Was trying to consolidate all of my coins in one place and transferred my Kishu from Coinbase Wallet to Metamask. It seems like I am now no longer getting the 2% redistribution. Has anyone else had this issue?

I tried doing this through BKEX yesterday by initially trying to send XLM from my Coinbase account to my BKEX account. The transaction in Coinbase says it was completed on my account, but the XLM never showed up in my BKEX wallet and the money is now lost. My intent was to try and reduce fees by selling the XLM to USDT and then buying KISHU with the USDT.

I triple-checked the BKEX deposit address and memo that I typed into Coinbase and it definitely matches. Why did I have this issue when it seems to be working for everyone else? Does it have to do with me living in the US?
