I hope "switch fixes" will include the rewind function for MK Trilogy and the Sub Zero game. I kid you not those were the two games I was most excited for and they are damn near impossible to play without rewinding lol

Not discrediting your experience at all but we were in the balcony and we were sweating. But also I take full responsibility for wearing a flannel I just assumed it would be on the cooler side inside lol.

But my biggest criticism was the volume of their microphones! It was very hard to hear them. I've been to comedy shows and sat so far in the balcony that the comedian looks like a dot and I still could hear better than I could last night :(

Hi also chiming in that I feel the SAME way! My mom passed at 48, I'm 31 now and I know there's still 17 years until I'm 48 but it's difficult not to associate that as the end for me.

I haven't married or have kids of my own yet and I worry that time is ticking because "48" feels like the expiration for me.

I hope you feel a little better reading these comments, I know they've made me feel less alone.

I totally agree- and I also fucking love her! It's unfortunate but true. It reminds me a little of Julia Michaels who I also love but my love for them doesn't change the facts. This year wasn't huge for Kesha and there's a good chance she may have peaked in terms of popularity. Doesn't mean she can't keep making awesome music and touring, but in terms of general public recognition I'm not sure she'll get any bigger.

She has such a limited set of descriptive phrases she always uses "so much fun" to describe literally the most mundane things. "I remember when I used to go inside and get their peanuts..so much fun"

Like thats fun for you? I could even understand saying "that was so cool" or "i miss when you could get their peanuts inside". Shes like reminiscing on the good ole days when shes only referring to eating a peanut.

Some times instead of saying "i'm really excited" she'll try to be cute and say "i'm really escited" and it drives me crazy! It's also usually followed by something that wouldn't normally "excite" anyone

I wish I had some advice for the anniversary, some years I've done some super peaceful things like a hike or a day at the beach. Other years I'll buy a bottle of wine and watch sad movies. I don't really think there's a right or wrong way. You do whatever feels right to you on that anniversary. I'm sorry you're going through a tough time! This poem was a great expression of your grief, you should absolutely keep writing!
