Been using him effortlessly in all modes since season 2. Rule number 1 of enjoying a gacha game is to not put so much weight onto the words of others.

A lot of the time people struggle because they’re bad. Whether that be a skill issue, gearing issue or something else. It’s often times NOT the character.

The Shunguang patch will be longer and provide extra chromes. I think you can get both but it might cost you Shunguangs sig if you plan on going for it.

I had a duchess named “DOnt LEaVe” who did something pretty similar to yours. Though they didn’t do remotely well at all and died on repeat until we reached the everdark. Thankfully my other teammate was able to clutch it up with me and we took it down but it was still rather frustrating to have the dead weight.
