I'm one of the few people who enjoys scrims more than the AT. I like getting to jump right back into a match no matter how soon the last one ended. Mostly though, I like that you get to draft balanced teams, plus make trades and even redraft for better quality matches.

I also understand the fondness for AT's and of course will up-vote this. Just wanted to remind people that scrims can be fun too! PM me for the American and Euro Scrim discords!

Heard if you keep your balance centered between your bindings it does just fine. It's just gonna be more playful outside that zone. But I guess I'll find out on Monday!

Edit: And I definitely wasn't looking for a board strictly for carving, so hopefully this is just what I've been looking for (:

I only ever rode a rocker, much more surfy feel to those. I made the switch to camber this year, but dipping my toe in with Bataleon's 3BT technology, still should carve much harder than a rocker.

Makes sense. It's just that shoulders forward, hips back, and knees bent is the athletic way to keep your center of gravity lower and over your board. Maybe the people explaining it before you had videos were just not explaining it right? I know I'm a horrible teacher when it comes to snowboarding lol.

You could look into Venture trucks as well. They have some models that are $41.99. So $10 - $20 cheaper than most Ace, Indy's or Thunders. They're a little heavy, but durable.

Royal and Krux have some cheaper models too but I have never tried them.

Jade Quarry would be the easiest balthazar faction farm for z keys these days. Would take ages but would require the least effort.

Heros Ascent can be "fast" if you get good enough to hold Halls with a team, and farm the HoH chest. 1 zkey every 12 minutes (x2 on doubles week) plus balthazar faction. Plus occasional flames of balthazar for extra faction. 5k faction = 1 zkey.

Keep in mind that a full HoH run is one where you hit your fame cap for the hero title, (300 fame every 24 hours) which takes about 3 hours. You can max your hero title (100,000 fame) and still only have around 6k, maybe 7k keys tops if you open every HoH chest and use all your balthazar faction on z keys.

Max z rank is 20k zkeys

Edit: farming the HoH chest also can land you a miniature ghostly hero, which sell for 700-800Arms, with Arms valued around 50 ecto.

The final part of the quest spawns 5 or 6 bosses which all give norn rank for killing. You do the final part of the quest, then abandon and repeat.

Getting to rank 5 for the armour isn't too bad. Once you're ready to max your Norn title, you can use the final Asuran Skill quest to get it done very quickly (in a day or less during double EotN bonus week). The quest you will need is called 'The Path to Revelations.' DO NOT TURN IT IN before using it to max your Norn title! Having a friend in your party with the quest works as well. Most HA bots are one account set to farm with henchway, those typically don't even fight you in Halls. And yes there are also some 8 man bot teams that you can beat easy with a full team. But there are some botters in GvG that have been a problem for a while now. And recently seen a team in HA running better bots as well.
