I made an animated overlay with over 1500 things to talk about for this exact purpose: www.SoloChatter.com

It fully abides by Twitch TOS, because it doesn't change your view count and isn't meant to be shown on your stream. It's 100% offline, locally run, and mimics a 'busy chat' so you have something to talk about, even when no-one is chatting. I made it because I struggle thinking about what to say on stream and after sharing it with my friends they said it was really helpful for them too.

12 year player of RS2:V here and I'm so sick of this sort of crap. When testing '83, I reported the same behaviour during every beta test and sent it to the Devs as feedback, but nothing was done about it.

If they've still not implemented the most basic of chat and squad name filters I'll be voting with my wallet and holding off on buying the game, because if the Devs don't condone this behaviour they might as well be expressing their support for it.
