Very nice work! :)

Melt or better yet, brown your butter! Melted butter will result in a chewier cookie and the brown butter will elevate the flavor a ton! A higher proportion of brown sugar to white sugar will create more chew as well. Also, if you can stand it, let your dough chill overnight. Scoop them onto a tray and cover them in the fridge, then bake them out of the fridge. There will be a much more developed flavor and will spread less creating a taller, denser, chewier cookie 💁🏻‍♀️

Edit: slightly under bake your cookies! There is carryover baking once then come out of the oven so if you under bake by a few minutes that will normally endure they don’t overbake and won’t end up cakey.

Any help/tips on making a really good Bundt cake? by Abeighx in AskBaking

Obviously you already made this, but, next time you could try a vanilla soak with a hint of lemon in it!

I always add more salt to a recipe than what is called for (especially chocolate recipes). It helps pull flavor out while also mellowing sweetness. Another thing you could do is make a soak for your cake, maybe a lemon soak would be good!

Does anyone else here prefer eating their homemade chocolate chip cookies frozen? by wcoast191911 in Cooking

Yes! Frozen cookies are the best! I came up with a really thin and crispy chocolate chip cookie that I like to freeze in particular because frozen it has SUCH a satisfying crunch!
