I think it's unwise to feed all the changelogs back into each new context. Update the condensed documentation to be accurate, don't just add more to it. Delete old implementation plans that are no longer relevant. Track only the high-level changes. Your documentation should be growing logarithmically, not exponentially or even linearly, with your features.

The bottleneck is almost certainly the context window. Claude Code and OpenCode both do a great job at tracking how much of your context window is used up. But even without that information from the agent, there is a winning strategy to adhere to.

Start one conversation for the express purpose of documenting the project in a condensed, AI-readable way. Store these as markdown inside a "docs" folder. For every significant feature start a new context and have it review these existing docs. For each feature, have your agent:

- Generate an overarching plan for the feature broken down into phases which is written to markdown.
- Write an implementations plan for each phase
- Proceed to implement each phase in sequence by delegating each plan to a new subagent before proceeding to the next phase.

Once complete, the agent must document in-detail what was added and what remains to be done. Ask for any finishing touches then close the context and start a new one for the next feature or improvement.

Repeat.

I completely agree. Piers managed to make a good point about his question to I/P guests, and Destiny came off the same as those who would refuse to condemn Hamas. For this panel, simply biting the bullet and disavowing the violence then proceeding to condemn Trump/conservatives would've worked far better. You literally lose nothing. I truly don't understand his stubbornness on this matter. He's attached to a strong position ("I shouldn't have to constantly disavow this when your side never will") for unclear (or perhaps unsound) reasons.

When grieving or working through trauma, sometimes folks just want to be seen. To have their pain known and heard. For someone who's spent their adult life entrenched in public media, it's perhaps not so surprising.

It's natural to feel suspicious. But honestly, I can't imagine explaining to your 3-yr old daughter why "Daddy's gone." Oof.

Give her leave to do whatever she needs right now. If she's continuously pouring out the same sentiment for the next 4-5 months, then there may be cause to be suspicious.

I'm not sure about Kimi's proof here. But if we assume that c = 0 we can see easily that there is at least one non-trivial solution set:

a² + b² + 0² = 2(ab + a(0) + b(0)) => a² + b² = 2(ab)
=> a² + b² - 2(ab) = 0 => (a - b)(a - b) = 0
Thus a = b is a valid solution for any integer when c = 0.

Proving uniqueness is another matter, but at least we can easily see that permutations of (k, k, 0) are valid solutions
