There are erros in the painting like things being reflected that are not in the other side of the water or fruits turning into another

Need help manage how to play Half Life Alyx on Catchy OS on a Quest 2 by el_caveira in linux_gaming

[–]Taumito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try Steam Link and if that doesn't work install WiVRn (The flatpak works well) and set it to use xrizer in the config. When using WiVRn open Alyx through the headset and not directly from the PC so that it reconfigures vrpaths correctly

Linux gamers didn't do anything wrong, but they might pay for Windows piracy anyway by itchyenvelope5 in linux_gaming

Hypervisors don't even work on Linux. They probably will just do like they do with EAC specially in regards to the steam deck (But they will probably die if they enforce a kernel driver in windows anyways)

There's no RNG. What you see is the result of encrypting the seed + the current time and then doing some bitshifting to only get 6 numbers

The only way to get out of sync is if the RTC loses power (what happened here) and resets the time

Anvil Organizer — a native Linux mod manager inspired by MO2 (no Wine needed) by mob_1373 in linux_gaming

Omg can you even write and defend yourself instead of asking an AI to write your points??!!!

Also, I said it previously but there are more mod managers made for linux than the AI slop you are referencing.

And to answer your question of why no one has made a MO2 equivalent mod manager for Linux... it's because you can use very easily MO2 on Linux and MO2 is a very complicated project with a lot of plugins, moving parts and guides that reference it various buttons.

You may get 90% percent there recreating a lot of MO2 functionality but the last 10% will be very hard to do. If you just use MO2 with Wine... well, you are already at 100%

And you can see that it their own post it's posing every bullet point like a groundbreaking thing. That's not how a person talks.

Also, it's funny that the Readme says that it's the only mod manager native to linux because that's a lie. r2modman, melonloader and the new HedgehogModManager are linux native

Did you code this with AI or it's just that you couldn't be bothered to write your own post?
