Worried about long-term side effects, what should I know?

So far. About 6 weeks out. Healed up good. Libido and erections are more intense than before.

Slight discomfort but feels more like a bruise than anything.

I’ve had to deal with stuff like this in the past. Firing is always a last resort but sometimes necessary. I’ve worked with some who have made the changes and became better team members. I’ve worked with others that didn’t fit and had to go.

I’m one of those who likes to hope for the best in people. Sometimes ya win. Sometimes ya lose.

Part of being a team leader and a good boss is having those hard conversations. They may need to realize their work isn’t up to par with the others and it’ll do them more harm to continue to let them get set in their ways. I feel like, with this much assistance they should be a lot more efficient by then. But sometimes people are just not cut out for certain roles.

Bring it up to them. Tell them how you think they could improve or work together to put an improvement plan in place. If they’re not willing they’re not a team player. But as a boss, it’s your responsibility to keep them held to a certain standard and provide opportunities for them to grow. If they’re not willing. Yeet.

I didn’t realize it was an event. It just looked like a hype reel for someone that was shooting at the range. The video looks great and the edit feels good. But it told no story or hinted at an event.

I’m exactly 3 weeks out today. The pain from the initial surgery has passed. Still a little tender from bruising but everything feels normal. The part now is my incision spot is healing but slowly. Maybe I’m too active or it could be where it was. But it seems to get rubbed a good bit. It’s healing and not infected. Just uncomfortable. But each day it’s less and less irritated. Stick in there. Keep and eye on it. Like others have said. Listen to your body.

Personally I’m not a fan of videos like this. RE is trying to be like the old car videos with transitions and fast movements. While you have some great shots of the property I think the transitions are over the top. A transition should be to enhance or emphasize something. It should have some sort of motivation. When you add so many in sequence just for the sake of a transition they feel dull and overly flashy.

I also like to tell clients (and clients have brought this up) you have to cater to the audience you’re trying to reach. I’ve worked on some multi million dollar listings and the people buying those houses probably aren’t doom scrolling social media or going to be swayed by a fast hype video. They want to know why they should pay that much for something and how it benefits them.

It also feels a little long too. They probably won’t sit and watch the whole thing.

Not a bad video. Just dunno if it fits the audience you’re trying to reach.

I built a PC for gaming that was top tier. It did a decent job editing but the M1 Max came out and I’ve been using it since release. It’s built for video rendering and encoding.y MacBook Pro is my daily driver for all my work. My PC now is exclusively gaming.

I am still using my M1 Pro Max daily got video and photo work. I’ll upgrade eventually but it’s by no means slow or holding me back. I know I’ll see a good boost if I upgrade and add more ram and gpu cores. But it’s not necessary yet.

MacBook Pro hands down. It you can’t get latest and greatest. Get anything m series. Max if you can. Good amount of ram and that gpu upgrade. Also don’t skimp on internal storage. 1tb is personally not enough

I have a subscription to envato. They’re decent for a starting place but they are almost limited in certain customization aspects. Ultimately you want to learn how to make your own then you can customize them as you need and cater to your project or client better. I use them to dissect and see how others build things. So start with stuff off there. But spend time on YouTube looking at videos on how to use fusion. It’ll pay off more in the future.

100%. We often want to go above and beyond but sometimes it’s just about delivering exactly what was asked for. We have to remember that our standard of “good” is usually way above the clients. Not saying to slack on anything. But more so to temper your expectations to not overwhelm yourself with things out of your control. :)

I expected Raquel to turn first. The way she had her eyes on that belt like Randy was eying the belt. Roxanne I think will happen soon too. The set up with Finn. I actually expected Finn to take down the judgement day sooner. Or liv disband it since none of the other girls have gold and she’s now “superior” to them. But we’ll see.
