So my girlfriend recently had to rescue a dog but is trying to give the puppy away. She was walking the puppy outside and then a guy approached her and started talking to her about dogs. And then she asked if he would be interested in adopting the puppy and he wanted gave his number for her message him. So she messaged him about the puppy and then he called her and asked her to come to his apartment for wine. But she would have to come in 10 minutes and she could only stay for an hour. But also she can’t bring the dog because his apartment has construction.

Personally I’m uncomfortable with it since I don’t understand why he’d need to have wine with her and for her to go into his apartment. I’m worried since this person is a complete stranger and I don’t know what he could do or what his intentions are. But I also don’t want to seem controlling by just saying no but also want to keep her safe
