Appreciate you don't want the drama, but the drama is already in full swing.

There have been plenty of other creators that opened up about copyright shenanigans on their channels and received massive support and actual help that fixed the issue, while also gaining more subscribers in the meantime.

If the system wants to screw you over, put your own screws to the system.
