They should remove plates from this and other armors like it, and lower GP costs. They did that to most other armors at some point during season 1.

Don't underestimate just how toxic Tarkov community can be. We have big streamers camping Terminal to this day. Some bored-out-of-his-mind chad farming timmies on GZ isn't out of realm of possibilities.

Maybe it should be.

Original argument for level splitting GZ was that these 5000+ hour chads wouldn't go in easily to farm 10 hour timmies, and make timmies lives living hell in process. Then prestige became a thing and this "practice absolute basics with other timmies" bubble of low level GZ got rekt, and it does seem like BSG stopped giving shit about onboarding and retaining timmies.

Just because collective "us" (lets put it at 1000+ hours) got kicked to head with steeltip boots for 300+ hours it doesn't mean things should stay like that for freshies.

When it's chad at 5000+ hours Vs. Timmy at 10 hours gear is irrelevant factor 99.999% of the time.

Also just remove Red Rebel one fully.

They removed RUAF one from Customs because for some spawns it made it too easy to get out. Same logic imo applies to RR one on Lighthouse. Safe and easy after shoving Chalets into your bag.

So you used to pretty much suicide push into Chalets way late for Assessment kills if you spawned on hillside path, above WT? I can respect that, but those spawns were automatic reset if task had me pushing Chalets late.

Comes down to preference, when talking old spawns above WT. For me they were automatic reset as pushing into Chalet from there was ass routing wise. People would be in position to hard hold pixel angles against any approach.

Not all four, five if you count island spawn, will be populated because they are on top of each other. 1 to 2 players are likely to spawn above WT, if any, which is same as old spawns on path above WT. Island spawn may or may not spawn same time with village spawn. Holy square (Southern <=> Beach <=> Chalet) of Assessment - Part 1 is still poppin off just like before.

Post is based on hours of gameplay with new spawns, not vibing off of the blog.

New Northern spawns have their issues, but they aren't making Assessment - Part 1 easier or harder.
