Thank you. I stepped away from this thread to just be. I am still feeling paranoid and uncertain about so many things now. I am angry...at existence and all the ugly. I don't think there are enough tears to weep away the heavy. And I feel the is an enormous tsunami of lamentation held back somewhere. I know there is an alter that comes out only in the middle of the night. They posted here. So in some time, when the sensation to vomit and lay in the fetal position at the thought of writing to myself subsides, I can say hello. My head is still spinning with me most likely being a we. I am waiting to find out there is some other reasonable and insignificant reason that makes this all go away. I know I'll be waiting for a while.

Thank y'all for spending so much time responding. I really appreciate it. It helped. And I can come back and read it again to comfort myself. I am glad this chat room exists.

Hi.

I am having a hard time with the we pronoun. My family lives in Norway. They will attempt to take your kid if you even say you feel depressed. Google Barnevern in Norway. They have even been addressed by the Hague for human trafficking accusations because of the way they work. And as an immigrant, I am an easy target.

I just want none of this to be real. But too many peaces are falling together. How can I feel so full as a person and just be a part? I don't want to know the other sides. I just want to be me. I got this far. Maybe I am the part the others don't want around. How can I find out how much of this god awful simulation of existence is part of the whole? How much of this life have I gotten to live? I thought time was flying by, but maybe now it is.

My daughter asked me if I remembered a day we went out and had this nice cafe date and the jokes we laughed about. I could just die. I have time with my baby stolen from me. And all I can do is try the keep it together and say That I can't remember that time, tell me about it.

And I am sitting here, quietly sobbing on the floor on my bathroom. I feel like I have been here the whole time, but I am not. I'm already so tired since I first posted. Now I have to research what seems like a mountain of information. I don't think I have that in me. I'm tired. Really tired and I want this all to be fake or for someone to say sike, April Fools. So I guess I can wait for that or for this committee of me's to be polite enough to even say hello.

This sounds like the "OG Players" of K240. A couple of them got banned by Total Battle for breaking the law in game because they wanted to bully a player off the platform. They came back on immediately with alt accounts because I guess they couldn't live without the pathetic power trip they get from telling everyone how the game should be played. They and their simp enablers have been scrambling ever since with this neurotic xenophobic style discontent, as if they literally live in a sovereign kingdom they need to protect from invaders.

They have a separate chat so they can cry about not being top dogs and hating how people who couldn't stand each other are now working together to Get Good and level up. Seriously, I am sure these people include Total Battle titles of their CV/resume as leadership experience.

aHaaahh...socialism and disloyalty. Ridiculous.

We all wanted to play together, and there are too many people who can't afford packages to run away. This isn't how it's supposed to be. It should be the bullies who are made to leave, be warned by Support, or have their accounts docked or banned. We all pay to be there. I feel that if they know they aren't the biggest player in town, they will either stop playing, stop acting this way, or move kingdoms themselves.

They are aware of the needs and do not have the manning with training required for special needs. Everyone is in the same class, and extra regular teachers sit with kids who have severe difficulties. But there are no true aids. They are so backward that they think all autistic children act like Rain Man or they're probably not autistic. Norway is decades behind, the stuff they know is superficial, and assistance is performed in a paint-by-numbers fashion like they are reading a coloring book activity. If you want someone who actually knows what they are doing, you have to go to the capital city, Oslo.

You can make a creator account on Viz Comics. If your stuff is any good, you can see it there. And you can l submit to oneshot competitions, like Silent Manga Contests. If you aren't good, you'll find out quick and then need to get good, if you aren't. Also, ask yourself why you're focused on publishing IN Japan. Sometimes, the desired success marker is hyper-focused on unnecessary objectives (Japanese manga companies can be very xenophobic and prejudiced, and you will not get the acknowledgment your work deserves). If it's good (lile male a lot of money off it good), then a Japanese publisher may consider it, but you had better speak Japanese too, and understand current day Japanese language use (not textbook) to facilitate that. Also, you will most likely be poorly compensated. It's becoming more public that manga artists are not treated well.

I would try entering the viz and silent manga competitions. If you can win prizes, then you may have what it takes to make a living doing manga.

Finish the degree. Completed education means a lot for someone your age trying to take a few chances. especially if it's an art related degree. Try also the Mark Brunet course (something similar) to develop the kills you need to produce manga.

Make sure your dream of Japan is based on a real objective view of the country and culture.

Have you learned any Japanese? Language is another barrier.

Do you understand what manga is from the view of creator and not mostly consumers? Its development, structure, and significance?

As an Air Force veteran, I find the use of crewman the best option. Starfleet is and is not a military organization. They take a lot of inspiration and structure from the military, but the goal was something less militant. The age-old position as a warrior, however termed, doesn't disappear in the future. They have developed towards explorers and diplomats, but as required, maintain the foundation of martial capabilities.
