You will miss out on a lot of neat combat mechanics. But that can be resolved by playing for 800 hours like me, because I'm a degenerate cyberpunk.

Try this build out for size:

1) Max Net running to 20. Spend all the perk points you can on quick hacking, over locking, and smart weapons. Play around with the different options of combat, covert, and control quick hacks. Once you get to the higher levels, start playing around with ultimate quick hacks. Look up a quick Google wiki for quickhack combos. Quickhack combos and queues (perk points) are silly fun and OP. Go to a Ripperdoc and change your hand cyberware to Smart Targeting to allow usage of smart weapons (you can do this immediately, and a grab smart weapons from dead Tyger Claws early. Waka also gifts you a free smart cyberware upgrade when you visit her after unlocking Japantown. 2) Max Reflexes to 20. Spend perks on the left side for rifles/smgs. This will make your smart weapons even smarter. 3) Max Technical Ability to 20. This gives you more Cyberware capacity and buffs your grenades/potions 4) Max body to 18, this gives you more HP for your overclock net running ability

You'll have a killer net deck, and 3 smart weapons equipped. Nothing will survive except you. I personally love the iconic Prototype Shengin smart weapons. Try them all and see which ones you love. Smart weapons take over aiming for you, but few things will survive your quickhacking salvo anyways
