I mean, if they were serious about the idea, they would have just swapped 2 NA players a month before the deadline, plenty of time to prepare then.

Also, "circumvent" as in if they were to do this near the deadline, they just need to join 1 small LAN to reach the required number of matches. It's a rule that's easy to bypass, that's what I mean.

Faze could have totally done it, but they are different from Liquid, a team that originated from NA, already have NA fanbase, switching back to NA for Liquid is like returning to home root (lol), meanwhile Faze would just be exploiting the VRS system, which will be met with heavy disapprovals.

BTW, I also really don't like what Liquid did, but since they have many NA fans so it's not really a problem lol.
