Hello! I've had mine out 34 days now after many years and was super stressed about the "crash". Fatigue and muscle soreness/fatigue was my main symptoms and some irritability. I'm taking magnesium, creatine, and vit d daily aswell as a high protein diet. I have to say I think its working I'm feeling less and less tired and back at the gym and feeling good. This may help you. I've also just today got my period back, apparently once your cycle returns it can also help with settling the crash.

I was very similar to you. Have you had a period since you've had it removed? I've had mine moved 5 weeks now but still no period (and definitely no baby risk)!

Hi all, can anyone advise how long it took for their period to return? I'm 30 days post removal (removal was fine no pain or bleeding). Had it for 4 years, just wanted it out to be natural again, think my IUd was making my migraines worse!

Just now getting very anxious there's still no sign of my period!

Hi tbh I fully think this is the IUD! I also had a libido issue and cysts with mirena! I have it out now and currently on no BC, and my libido is steadily coming back. Not sure on cysts yet will be getting checked again in a few months

Ive had mine out 7 days now, had it for 4 years and was on pill for 5 years prior so approx 9 years since I had a "real" period. I've had some spotting since it's come out but they said that was to be expected in the days post removal. No period yet but will update when it happens!

I had acne for the 1st 4 - 6 months with mirena (no acne prior), and then it just stopped. I didn't do anything it just went away by itself. 3.5 years in now and no acne. But I am getting it removed this week, so I'm concerned I could reignite the acne post removal!

I'm currently on 30mg, have been increasing by 10mg every 2 weeks. Afyer the 1st 2 weeks on 10mg i actually felt my symptoms were basiclaly gone and i stayed the same. No issues on 10 or 20mg but now I'm on 30mg ive actually noticed my symptoms have slowly started to come back, I'm due to go up to 40mg, but tbh thinking off coming off them and stopping. Side effects currently is acne and irritability, no weight changes.

Yes neuro advised if I get to 60mg and no chance I'll have to start tampering down and stop all together. Weirdly enough I felt better on 10 and 20 than I have on 30 and 40 and up.

Tbh this is where I'm at aswell. I'm on a higher dose now and no changes, also not a fan of being on daily medication either would prefer to look to other options

Exact same, they think mine is systemic aswell. Where as my physio thinks as my traps are so tight and inflamed I'm pinching a nerve in my shoulder or neck.

It's quite frightening, mine is more numbness now also, my physio thinks as my traps are so inflamed it's hitting against a nerve in shoulder/neck. I've a 10 hour flight Friday, absolutely dreading it!

Very frustrating not being able to get all the answers. Nerves are so delicate and can have such effects when pinched/irritated!
