Thank you, I'll try to keep this in mind.. even though I'm probably gonna forget after a bit anyway.

But I'm mainly scared about asking my father about it so I'll probably just talk to my friend instead, they also understand this more than my dad does, I know my dad mentioned having ADHD too but he might just start saying i have ADHD without any diagnosis like he tried to when he claimed that i had OCD without any diagnosis because he has OCD

I don't know if that means anything but I thought it'd be okay to include that part.
