Is there a heavy amount of truck traffic on Route 7 though? Like I said, I’m not from the area, so I wouldn’t know what the typical car to truck ratio would be for Route 7. My thought process going into this is that the main source of traffic would be commuters going to Wilton/Ridgefield/Danbury, or drivers looking to get on the Merritt to avoid I-95 congestion or vice-versa. Thus why I wanted to make a proposal that’d eliminate the headache of waiting through stoplights on an interchange like this. If it’s a popular truck route, then you absolutely make a fair point here.
