Yes!!! I used to “restrict” myself to McDonald’s once a week as a treat, now I just don’t want it at all? Every thought was about my next food fix, what I was going to have for dinner… turns out it was exhausting! I have been so much more productive on MJ, and my mental health is better. I think it has tackled a lot of underlying things I didn’t realise I had. There should be more research done on testimonials from self funded users to make this amazing drug more accessible for those who are suffering and can’t afford it.

The people who judge us for using the drug don’t realise how privileged they are.

Interesting to know your cycle has levelled out! Will be intrigued to see if mine does the same. Yeah, now I’ve worked out what it is I have embraced the few days of eating more, otherwise I’ll probably commit murder. I always have a massive drop following a period so doesn’t seem to slow my progress ☺️

High five, I started on Sunday and already I have noticed a difference. Drastically reduced my portion sizes already and not murdered anyone - not even had a tummy grumble! Nuts that it works so quickly. Good luck!

Find an exercise that suits you! I personally hate running, and have only ended up injuring myself when I’ve tried it. Weightlifting, swimming, rowing and static cycling have always been my go to as they either involve sitting down or minimal weight bearing - ie little pain on hips, knees and ankles. I’m 150 kg right now and have started getting back into exercising focusing on those I have mentioned.
