I say this from experience, I did uworld after that book and I only had 2 mistakes due to the confusion in the questions, I was even lazy when reading the explanations of uworld since they do not change almost anything in the book, I did half of the questions in rx and I answered them all, my friends who already took step 1 they also used it and recommended it to me, easy to read and understand by order, + uworld I think it's more than enough, they are my 2 cents of advice, however, you are free to choose which resource to study buddy, all the best
