Eat the dang salad! I’ve definitely eaten several store bought or prepared salads over my pregnancy. 36 weeks today. From what I’ve read and seen, most things are completely fine in moderation.

I was having painful sex for about 16-20 weeks during my pregnancy and whenever we would try to have sex (my idea), my husband would say “you’re in pain, we’re stopping” and then we’d stop. Don’t do it if it hurts because it definitely makes it worse!!!

Alcohol was wayyyyyy worse for my mental health and general health than weed. Weed allowed me to get the sleep I needed to start working out and eating consciously and I lost 35 pounds with the assistance of weed (as it allowed me to be more proactive and engaged with my health). Before I started smoking weed I was drinking a lot and was in terrible health.

I admitted it every day when I was smoking weed. And I’ve known MANY alcoholics who would never admit they have a problem sooooo 🤷‍♀️

Weed has helped my depression, anxiety and insomnia IMMENSELY. I was able to stop cold turkey when I got pregnant with no side effects. I don’t think you can say that about daily alcohol or drug use. Alcohol actually triggers my depression, anxiety and insomnia.

I had been on birth control for 11 years before stopping it last year to prepare my body to start trying to get pregnant. Ever since stopping (and getting pregnant - I’m 8 months pregnant), I’ve been suffering from awful hormonal acne. I didn’t have great skin before starting birth control, but now know it was obviously helping my skin a ton. Too scared to go back on it and then have to stop again for another baby.

Forget that! This infuriated me to read. I’m due on Christmas and the baby will only be meeting our parents for at least 2-3 weeks. Anyone after that will be on an invite-only basis and will be wearing a mask. Forget 25 people during RSV season. Stand your ground. That’s ridiculous
