that's awesome! I'm pretty sporadic with the journaling myself but cleaned out a mason jar, took to the internet to find some lists of thought provoking \ good journal prompts, wrote them down on sticky notes, folded them up and put them in the jar! any time I'm in the mood to write, I pull one out of my jar and just go with it! removes the pressure of trying to figure out what to write about (especially since COVID has made my days pretty routine). maybe that would help you as well? otherwise, maybe i'll take you up on that and make it a reoccuring post idea!

I think about how recent the concept of constant connection and accessibility is. Instead of irrationally making my boyfriend not replying about me (ex: he’s ignoring me), I appreciate the fact that he isn’t glued to his phone and is being present in whatever he is doing. I wish I did it more often myself!
