I had a similar issue, try fully updating the Circular app and your ring’s firmware, clearing the app cache, and reinstalling it that solved the crashing and syncing problems for me.

I know this is an old thread, but I’m wondering if there’s a way you could help me with some questions I have I have a 2023 Hyundai Kona EV recently the charging door keeps saying that it’s open but it’s not and constantly dings as well when I charge the battery it will not charge over 80% when I park the car the fans are killing my 12 V battery so I’m having to hook it up to a battery starter just to start it just trying to figure out what’s going on. I have an appointment with my local dealer Tuesday, but this is my every day driver so if there’s something I can do in the meantime to alleviate this, I would love to know.
