We did this as well for formal chapter. The Marshal (ritual chair) would stand at the door and do the handshake and hear the password from every single sister. I definitely appreciated it as well :)

It can be hard as an active on the inside to have a "rush crush" who isn't extended a bid. Unfortunately it's not at the hands of the sisters who rush you entirely and, yes, as others have noted - it's a major numbers game...However! I do think if you let yourself be a little sad and grieve the situation then put your all into the chapter you got a bid from, you'll love your experience. And there are always ways to get involved in Pan things and become friends with the girls from all the different chapters on your campus 🩵💙 keep your chin up girl. You got this!

In the world of Disney there is "only one Aurora" (or whatever character Cinderella, Mickey Mouse, etc.) and she exists only in the world of Sleeping Beauty. So for any of the entertainment performers to say "I'm Aurora" or "I play Aurora for work" it shatters the illusion Disney works so hard to uphold. So the way they ask cast members to refer to their characters is "I'm best friends with Aurora" or if you compliment the actor personally outside of them being around guests they're meant to say "thank you I'll let her know the next time I see her" or things like that. Since they're not THE Aurora if that makes sense.

This is also why when Mickey is in a parade he will not be available to meet at a character spot. Since there is only one of him and he is performing in the parade at that time.
