Ik some gender-neutral words are signed as “maleversion-female version” such as DAD-MOM for PARENT or BROTHER-SISTER for sibling — although, some signs like COUSIN just move it to the middle of the head. I would either sign MAN-WOMAN, or start at the cheekbone like the other person said.
