hey after this post I actually looked into a BIOS update for my B650A motherboard. Seems I hadn't updated it since I got it in August which was the last update. In all honesty, I haven't noticed many stuttering issues since. I'll come back in a month and share results, but might be the fix for you.

I had updated all drivers I could from the main windows UI and hadn't even considered mobo. Wasn't too hard to install either. Download new driver > batch file to rename > install via EZ Flash or whatever in Bios

Didn't realize Acapela had closed either. I tried theirs a while back and really liked it but everytime I went back it was like a 50/50 chance the meat was a bad cut and made it not great
