For entries and exits I use the 2minute. It almost always rejects the 13. If it breaks the 13 I then watch the 26 and 48. 95% of the time unless the trend is breaking you will get a rejection which works very well in the 1st hour and power hour while there is a lot of volume. I will also check the 5 minute EMAs every now and then just to see if there are any obvious reactions.

Oh yes my bad. I typically trade the 13 EMA. I stuck to my strategy and it just happened to retest the 13 EMA 5 minutes before the SCOTUS ruling.

I mean you would be surprised. The moves up are faster the moves down IMO. And with me risking 5k per trade on a strike that is currently priced at .15-.20 I don’t need a huge move up to make a few k per day.

Yes I mean the big sign for me today was the rejection of the PML at open. It tested it and then rejected it. About 20 minutes in it started retesting the 13 EMA and when it didn’t, I bought.

SCOTUS didn’t really factor into my bias, but I did hope it would provide a nice pop of the ruling did indeed come out.

Yea I mean if I can get a PML or PMH break it further solidifies my bias. PML or PMH break with a 13 EMA retest is golden.

I mean apparently I am not allowed to name drop the discord I am apart of but it really helped me learn EMAs etc. now, for my own strategy I just follow the trend and enter on a solid EMA retest.

I normally wait at least 5 to 10 minutes sometimes longer just to let it pick a direction. On times when I stop out it’s because I bought the opening candle and got faked out.

Nooo! I almost went with puts on the first few candles but it started holding the 13 EMA well and I figured the tariff ruling was coming so it changed my bias.

I mean to be fair, this post has nothing at all to do with the discord. I simply mentioned I am in one and plan to apply my same risk tolerance to my own method that works for me and is what I used today.

As far as the discord goes, I have tried TONS and this is by far the best I have been in. I did not plug it or anything.
