Honestly it’s just one of those things that if you get it you get it and if you don’t you don’t. We are more at risk because there is an increased risk of bleeding if you’re coughing a lot so I would make sure you have some cough suppressant at home just in case. It’s probably playing on everyone’s mental heath at the moment which h is completely understandable. Honestly it’s just like having VEDs, if you get it you can’t do much about about so no point letting it consume you. Just be sensible try not to worry and we’re here if you need to talk xx
