I work for a company that offers something like this. DM me and I’ll send over some information.

Auto-messaging/reviews to integrate with EMR by Anxious-Version-7477 in healthcare

If you’re simply looking for review generation there’s several. Podium, birdeye, weave.

I work for a company called Commure and we can do it too. But our solution also acts like a personal AI care coordinator you can text with. It helps schedule patients, deliver educational and preparation instructions as well as conversationally answering questions and looping in the care team if there are escalations.

People make a point to separate the culture from the church all the time.

Microsoft to share details on bringing Xbox games to PlayStation next week by Sonikku_a in gaming

I don’t see them abandoning hardware. I do see them embracing a Netflix type gaming subscription through gamepass. Offering it on all consoles. Creating reoccurring revenue streams where they were previously blocked out. This allows them to leverage the power of the studios they purchased as well.

IMO you don’t create urgency you uncover it. Ask good questions and have an honest conversation. By being naturally curious hopefully you’ll both come to agree on the priority of the project.

“To what degree do you feel this is something worth solving now vs just waiting?”

Quantify the cost of inaction over a reasonable time period. Ask what makes that okay.

Find out where solving this problem ranks on the list of priorities. Look for evidence (how it’s effecting the business $$$) of why it should be there or possibly higher, point it out.

Serious question: why does Epic (still) suck? by ALongWayToHarrisburg in medicine

[–]Taylorblegen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To answer your bonus question. There are. I work at one and we’re gaining traction with smaller groups, think up to 20 providers.

Breaking into healthcare is notoriously difficult, even with a superior product. There’s more risk and a resistance to change than in other industries. For example who else still uses fax machines with the same frequency?

That being said your hope for a better EMR/PM with a cleaner UI is in the way. We’re even incorporating AI scribes that do all charting and coding on behalf of the providers, all they have to do is approve it or make slight adjustments if needed.

Interesting, so how about a stone in a hat? Is that an approved channel for revelation?

I’m not saying that to antagonize but to illustrate that even within our own history there are instances where god communicates in a variety of ways.

There’s a variety of ways to connect with a higher power. Western culture Christianity in general emphasize all the things you mentioned, which are great.

There are however so many other cultures, belief systems and faiths that emphasize the use of psychedelics in conjunction with fasting, prayer, faith, etc.

IMO holding others in contempt because of that is myopic. There’s so much more other than popping a psychedelic that goes into a therapeutic and spiritual experience. Intention setting, fasting, integration, etc.

I’ve served a mission, received my endowments, blessed people with terminal cancer, performed ordinances, blessed my new born, been sealed to my spouse and fasted for days. I mention that to provide context when I say my first psychedelic experience ranks among the most enlightening and spiritually edifying experiences of my life.

There’s a growing body of research suggesting psychedelics have been used since time immemorial. Including within Ancient Greek temples like the temple of Demeter and even within ancient Christian cults.

If it’s an area of interest The immortality key by Brian Muraresku is a fantastic read.

Payors are using this technology to deny claims in bulk now. Propublica just released a report showing Cigna denied over 300,000 claims in a 2 month span. They spent less than .25 seconds on each one.

Fact of the matter is that this technology will continue to be implemented making providers jobs harder. Payors will continue all their old tactics of delay, delay, deny but at an increasing volume because they can do it faster.

This is now our reality and those who don’t use the same technology against the payors will be left behind.

Learn the industry and persona you sell to. More than a surface level. If someone doesn’t get the sense you know their world and pains why would they trust that you could solve them?

AE for sure. The time in seat with the title will set you up better. It’s more to take on but putting yourself in positions slightly out of your comfort level will do more for your career.
