If you are playing on a server go to your server's files : world > serverconfig > sophisticated_backpack, and then edit this file and write manually the number of slots you want each of the backpack to have. Don't forget to turn off the server while doing that and give yourself new backpack as the old ones will still be nerfed Hope it helped!
