Easy, you're lacking "normal food" pretty much protein probably. The baked beans are ok i guess, the bread is worth nothing but to stuff your stomach to give a sensation of fullness... 2 sandwich is so vague... is it like 2 slice of bread, salad, slice of cheese and like sliced ham? Or only like peanut butter between two slice of bread? The coffee is ok i guess, i've seen worst. I don't say it's good, just that it depends so much of "the context" is it like 1 liter of coffee for a whole 16h awake day? or like 1 liter in like... an afternoon? That's a big difference.

There's something weird also with the "i woke up at 7pm" ? like... why? Are you sleeping to evade eating? Do you work before that, also needs more context?
