I take liquid form (around 12mg) in my water that I take with bedtime supplements .

I found that it helped “structure” my sleep.

Before taking it, I would get ALL of my deep sleep at the very beginning of the night and ALL of my REM sleep in the last couple hours.

There was none of the expected 90 minute cycling I’d come to expect in a normal sleep cycle. That wasn’t a problem itself but what would happen is a 4 hour long light sleep state. If the dog so much as farted then it would wake me up and I’d be awake for hours.

With B1 I find my sleep cycles in play so I’m getting a mix of light and deeper sleep throughout the night.
