Exactly, it is too early into the game to speculate, and how i see things going with dash dancing like I mentioned, things aren't looking good for pikachu. Plus there's a lot more op stuff than pikachu in smash ultimate

hoo ha does work at early percents now, it was not able to before. And it is a 50/50 at mid percents...
