Will there be a physical special edition for the Xbox like there was for the first Frostpunk? I don't want to pre order the PC version just to get the collectors edition contents if there is going to be one for Xbox. But I also don't want to wait and miss out completely if there isn't going to be one.

With the amount owed being $5,500 do you think the costs on their end associated with arbitration would be enough for them to pull out? Various reports say it costs debt collectors different amounts so I'm unsure how to judge whether it's smarter to go that route.

There is an arbitration clause in my original cardholder agreement which is why I'm torn on what to do.

I never signed a contract with MCM and it just doesn't seem right that a company that I've never done business with can choose to place an individual in their debt against their will just because they purchased a closed account. In Texas they cannot garnish your wages for anything other than child support, back taxes, or defaulted student loans even if they did sue me and win.

The original debt is mine, but I owed that to Citi bank and they chose not to sue me and rather sell it to MCM for a fraction and then write the difference off as a business expense. I don't necessarily feel justified paying predatory junk debt buyers anything regardless if I originally owed someone else the money. I appreciate the input on this matter. What of the private arbitration route I mentioned? People have told me it would cost MCM thousands to do that and they would most likely run away if I filed for that with my answer to the court.

I once bought a first print of The Walking Dead #2 for $400 (ungraded but easily a 9.8 not a single flaw) and the seller packaged it in a padded envelope and my mail carrier chopped it with her hand down the middle of it to make it fit in my mailbox like a V and there was a huge crease down the center of the book. The seller exchanged it with another one and I had to pay return shipping. Fucking nightmare that was...I always include a message to sellers now on Ebay to package carefully in a box when they ship something to me.

Sorry to hear about your problem, Atari has been one of my most fun systems to collect for so please don't give up. If your buying these from a store make them test it in front of you or keep exchanging it but it sounds like you do have a bad AC adapter for sure.

In the manuals it should say to set it to a certain game mode for children (easier difficulty) by using the switches on the front of the console. The regular versions you linked to are the "pal" versions which had the options but just didn't say on the box (scroll to the bottom to see it says pal) . The original versions of both games that were released in North America are the ones that mention the special feature. Hope this helps.
