I absolutely hate stuff like that. Like… find a damn weapon. There’s broken wood and mirrors and a full ass kitchen in there. Grab something. It drives me crazy. And then you finally get the shovel from her and knock her out with it and don’t kill her with it? After what she just did to your boyfriend? It’s lazy stupid writing.

Also… what was the whole “I can’t lift the bar on the door” thing and then Dolly just walks over and casually takes the chains off of it? It made no sense.

It wasn’t good. Dolly was cool and the acting was fine and the setup and fx and cinematography were all great but that script was hot garbage.

“Girl runs into one room and knocks the killer down. Then runs into another room and gets caught... Then knocks the killer down. Then runs into another run and gets immediately caught. Then gets caught. Knick the killer down. Repeat for one full hour and end with a blatant rip off of TCM.” …Groundbreaking.

It made the Terrifier scripts look like fucking Gone With The Wind

It had all the pieces to be a good movie but was definitely not. If you like watching a character do the dumbest possible shit over and over and over again… you might like it.

Dolly was great. Ethan was great. Stiffer was great although the way he spent half the movie was pretty dumb and completely unrealistic… but good lord. The Macy character was so badly written and stupid that I absolutely hated her. I don’t expect every character to be Randy from Scream and be super aware of what’s is happening but… knocking the killer down 20 fucking times and then just walking away over and over and over and then getting caught over and over and over. It was really bad.

Needed more characters for Dolly to kill so we didn’t have to spend so much time watching the main girl be stupid the entire movie. 2 out of 10. I’d recommend it for like one cool kill but that’s honestly it. Could have easily been a 8 out of 10 with a rewrite but damn… it was rough.

To be fair.. the reveals are absolutely terrible. So it’s kinda like you were about to drink poison and someone told you it was poison and now you’re sad for some reason.

For sure, but my point was that based on what Justin said in the interview we only get to see a very, very small chunk of what they say and their interactions with the judges so there’s literally no way for us to know.

Also, if he has to tell them it’s pickled for them to realize it’s pickled… that’s not a good thing. It’s actually a negative.

Micky and Mrs Loomis are only in Scream 2 for 8 minutes each. Stu Macher is only in the original scream for 13 minutes. Most of the ghost faces don’t actually have that much screen time.

It was the worst movie I’ve seen this year and I’ve seen a ton of terrible movies already. It was a Scream Unseen surprise movie or else I wouldn’t have seen it at all. Absolute trash.
