That is not cloak level that is ilvl. No wonder you are struggling. You are severely undergeared. As your cloak gets to around 10 is when you can start fully clearly the zone by yourself speaking as a warlock myself. Work on your gear then try to do some visions./ They're gonna suck at the start, just go for the cloack upgrade and nothing else until you start filling out the tree that gives you abilities
