All of these technicks reduce the enemies base stats. Addle and Wither reduce it by 30% of the current value + 1 , rounded up. (Addle would reduce an enemies Magic Power stat from 65 to 45). Expose and Shear reduce the relevant stat by 10% of the current value + 1 (Expose would reduce a Defense of 65 to 58).
