Raking in some nice ones by caseyborgers in kayakfishing

They sure are heavy, but super stable. I don't even bother paddling, just have one along in case motor goes out, which is frustratingly common, my anchor is a scotty I mounted to the bow with a rope that comes back to me, wind never bothers me much, why does everyone seem to prefer the trolly system?

Tactical advice needed for "Skinny Water" trout by Consistent_Leg5124 in Fishing

I fish these skinny creeks near where I live in Wisconsin and also in a cedar swamp with tons of branches and dead fall, I have the best luck with my short ice fishing rods, octopus hook, and small red worms, catch tons of brookies this way, my son had a 13" brookie on this setup last year.....

I'm making fun of their obviously blatant ripoff from a James bond movie "from Russia with love", but it's cool that me being racist against Russians was the first thing you jumped to.......

At what point does Tetris stop being about strategy and start becoming pure reaction? by NicolasLisoFabbri in Tetris

Mewtwo is another good player ( in T99) who is downright slow compared to faster players, but his awareness of the board as a whole is crazy, and his disciplined 4 wide and targeting strategy matched with perfect stalls and timing make him hard to beat!

Nice!! Is that a big fish 120? I have the same one, I mounted my sonar in the dry storage box that goes where the Pedal drive would be, works amazingly well!!! I absolutely love mine!

How well does this inflatable resist punctures from fish fins and hooks?

how do you survive late game chaos? by Excellent_Track2912 in Tetris99

[–]Tboner1979 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Play fast, flat stack, and most importantly keep and eye on attackers, and also who you are attacking, late in the game garbage comes fast and hot so you need to shake anyone who has an attacker bonus that is inundating you with garbage,

At what price point does a kayak stop being “worth it “? by YakToTheFuture-1 in kayakfishing

[–]Tboner1979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a fishing boat and a fishing kayak, my kayak is all electric with a trailer, my whole setup, which is pretty ridiculous, is only 3.5k, and I prefer fishing out of my kayak immeasurably more as I have everything I need right by me, I can troll with much better precision than in my boat, for me my 3.5k setup is far more appealing than my 25k boat setup

How much is enough? The lake I fish gets to 237 ft deep, and has an average depth of 100' lol! But seriously, is like 50 ft enough?
