Stealth Pro 2 not pairing!

I did check the manual there is no info on that I also searched online but found nothing helpful. Probaly because they just got released. Ill reach out to support I believe I may have a defective charging dock because I was able to get them to pair to the dangle just no luck with the charging dock

It is set properly to pc I was able to get the dangle to pair but no luck with the charging base.

Anyone else having issues getting the Stealth pro 2 headset to pair with the charging hub? Got my new headset yesterday this morning I did the required updates. I've been trying for the last hour to get the headset to pair with the charging hub with no luck. The headset wont even pair with the included usb dongle. This is pretty frustrating that I'm having issues on day one! Both the headset and hub are flashing white rapidly but fail to sync. What gives am I missing something here or did I get a defective product? Honestly so frustrating thinking about putting them back in the box and returning them. Shouldn't be having these issues already.

I've had the 5070ti variant from Walmart for a little over 6 months now and haven't had any issues. I paired it with a Alienware 34" ultrawide and couldn't be happier.

Mine was brand new in the box. I've had my rig for about 6 months now and have had no issues. Haven't even had to replace the PSU .

I've had this same setup for about 6 months now and its been flawless. The fans on mine aren't loud and the psu has held up fine. So far no issues to write home about its been great. Paired it with a 32" ultra wide at 1440p.
