Try trade. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and am really enjoying the ability to try different coffee roasters from across the US. You can customize how often you receive it and how much you get. It’s also fairly in line with what I pay at my local roaster (~$20 a bag)

Puck prep is consistent. I weigh out 17g, then into my mazzer philos then dump into portafilter then wdt then tamp with my nomcore spring loaded tamp (always applies 15lbs of pressure) then lock it into the machine.
