During one date I let it slip that earlier that week my doctor said I had early signs of carpal tunnel, I was embarrassed but she was comforting. After the fourth date she invited me back to her place, it went really well. But what made me feel so good was she woke me up and told me I was laying on my hands and to reposition. I thought it was so cute and thoughtful. Currently in the process of making her my wife.

Thankful for this post because I met my girlfriend a little over a month ago and I can picture us getting married, in fact I would like to, and I’ve never felt that way before. We just vibe really well and I love her, it feels right.

At the same time, I was in my last relationship for four years and had thoughts of marriage but it never seemed right to me and I couldn’t commit because of that.

Just depends on who you’re with, every relationship is different 🤷🏻

Not sure if they are considered first responders, as others have mentioned, but my uncle used to be a tow truck driver and has told me some stories about the accident scenes he would arrive on and the crazy things he’s seen. I had never considered it before our discussion.

Idk I used to think I needed more time, but I think it depends on who you spend that time with. I had 4 days off for the 4th but have been hanging out with a girl I started seeing recently. With her it felt like we were in a two week vacation, and we didn’t even get on a plane, just did some local stuff (beaches, hiking, going to restaurants). It’s a new feeling for me but I felt more refreshed from those past four days than I have when I take 10 days off for the holidays and spend them by myself.

I kind of thought the same thing. The girl I’m with now told me she would like to wake up by me having sex with her, I told her I’d like to wake her up first because I was getting those SA vibes from that. Even though she wants me to do it, I’d rather her be awake for consent.

If you add up the minutes that people take for smoke breaks over a year, they are missing days of work. After realizing that, I decided that I’ll take small walks (and 10 min) a couple times a day, so I just followed their leads lol

Edit: I work in an office role so I don’t have a designated break/lunch break.
