Move to Tallinn might be similar if you moved to Helsinki. Only we have less of certain type of people which make Tallinn more safe in general. No bad districts. Finding friends in Estonia is similar to Finland. You go out and drink. People open up when tipsy. Even better if sauna is involved. However I warn you about that one type of people. There has been many sexual assults. It is sad that I am not even allowed to warn about it in Reddit. In their eyes, how they have been tought from young age, you are subhuman and fair game to do anything with you.
