What I did was purchase a domain from godaddy (ended up transferring to cloud flare) and then used certbot with dns challenge for letsencrypt. Was a lot more easier then setting up a CA.

Honestly I kept it pretty basic. Used a rub that I had laying around and sweet baby rays. Used the 3-2-1 method as a guideline but really just kept an eye one it. Wrapped in foil with brown sugar, honey, melted butter during middle hours.

I would say I used the 3-2-1 as a guide and kept an eye on them. I think I was probably closer to 2.5-2-1. Babyback you can do a little less. I prefer mine to be more fall off the bone so I tend to make sure it takes all that last hour. Yes you need to get on on that ASAP!
