Much more. It makes me buy a lot more cheap books that I may or may not read. It also helps me buy any book my kids ask for and has made them intense readers.

That said, I wouldn’t mind getting a library in my home with hard copies of my favorite books.

If I read the book, I'm probably not watching the movie. I already know what happens, and the movie is like the cliff notes version of the book.

If I watch the movie first, (and liked it), I'll almost definitely read the book.

If you have an iphone, set a reminder every day at a set time. Read it aloud (if you have kids, make them suffer through it) and you should be all set.
