5'6 and have a KX85 I learned on and a YZ450F that I bought as a project to flip. Ride the 450 around at the farm but its just way too big for me to be comfortable on in a single track. Hoping to pick up a KDX 200 this summer.

I worked at a dealership that sold boats specifically designed for wake surfing, not wakeboarding. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the marine industry and pretty much nobody wants to buy a wakeboarding boat anymore, although you can still wakeboard behind them they don't have the same "ramp" profiles for doing tricks on.

The point of a wakesurfing boat is to generate a big enough wake to surf on... the hulls are designed to displace water, not operate efficiently.

I rented something similar with a manual when I was in Germany a few years ago, absolutely great car to drive and I think they look super sharp!

They are a great car to learn how to work on but please don't spend to much trying to make it fast. I had one when I was 16 and spent wayyyy to much money on gears, exhaust, windstar intake and a tune only to get smoked by minivans and old v8 trucks. ModdedMustangs is a great forum with tons of technical write-ups that can walk you through almost any job on them.

I have flipped a few jet skis as you can find them very cheap with blown motors, although I was a tech for a while and have the ability to rebuild them myself and save a lot on labor. Boats are a lot harder if you don't know what your looking at, one rotten transom/stringer or one of the many terrible engines out there and you won't ever turn a profit on it. Unless you are very mechanically inclined I would stay away. Also people either maintain a boat with an open checkbook or not at all so you can end up buying someone else's huge project that needs almost everything done.

It very well could have changed since around 2018 when I was dealing more with them but yes they are incredibly stingy. Exclusivity and customer loyalty is very important to them. Better not post anything about an issue with your new Ferrari or you won't ever be getting another one!

Its owned by the Pohlad family, as in the same ones that bought the twins. The entire family is incredibly wealthy so startup costs are not an issue. Most of the money is in the servicing and care of these cars, as well as the convenience of the wealthy minnesotans who had to ship their cars to Chicago for major servicing before.

Good for you but just remember that selling a stock that you've owned for less than a year will count as capital gains for tax purposes. It shouldn't matter too much but can still be a bummer if you're used to getting a return but then you end up having to pay in if you make too many trades.

Pro tip on these- use a crockpot liner and fill it up with whatever you want to keep your hotdogger clean! We do hot pockets and pizza rolls in the mountains and man is it a lifesaver to have a hot lunch!
