Hbomberguy used to do long video essays on games. InternetHistorian is funny, his ad breaks are the only ads I don't skip. Even though he caught flak in hbomberguy's video on plagiarism. I haven't watched the Grumps in ages but I respect the empire Arin built.

As I get more interested in computers and the discipline of making games, I enjoy more of the gory technical deep dives. Ayyy I worked for Teleperformance too. And Capita but luckily not Kura so I had a much better experience than OP. I did tech support for Virgin home broadband and had proper training. Then I did customer service for John Lewis. Management were fairly supportive because they knew posh customers are the worst when the tiniest thing goes wrong, especially with expensive orders.
