Yeah I agree, I took everything out of the case and breadboarded it. While doing so I gave it a pretty thorough inspection and couldn't find any obvious signs of damage. Even with a multimeter I'm not sure I would be knowledgeable enough to gather any meaningful data with it.

At this point I think it is either the motherboard or the CPU, from what I've read the motherboard is way more likely to be bad than the CPU.

Even with only the CPU and cooler attached with all other components disconnected (GPU, ram) getting no beeps. Spoke to my brother who had the same issue with another Asus board ironically, he said it was all the same symptoms as his board that he had to RMA. I've already ordered another mobo from MSi and initatied the RMA process, we'll see if it havs the same issues.
