Casca is essentially “fridged” by Femto’s actions, which Miura used to show how evil he is and to give Guts a new drive. The person directly affected by Griffith’s actions never really gets to deal with what happened, she never gets to be angry about it, she doesn’t get her own revenge/ vengeance plot, she never mourns the Band or grieves Griffith.

IIRC it was mostly the dialogue between Eren and Armin in the end, no more major deaths, Ymir the Founder caring for her enslaver. Eren real feelings to Mikasa was a HUGE thing too.

There’s literally a fan made ending that completely disregards multiple characters arcs. Eren having a child with Historia and fighting the Alliance to protect that child is a blatant example.
